Are there flooring options that are better for people with allergies?

Our easy to clean and hard surface floors are ideal for those with allergies. Our Stone Composite Flooring does not easily trap dust mites, pollen or pet hairs like some other types of flooring does. Do I need a professional contractor to install the floors or could I install them myself?

If you like DIY projects and are confident in using power tools, you can install the floors yourself. Installing the floors are simple however you will need to prepare your space before starting the install. As long as you have properly read through our Install guide and prepared your space correctly, our premium Flooring does not require professional contractors to install. How quickly can the new flooring be installed?

Once your space has been properly prepared and your tools are ready, installing floor tiles or planks in a 400 sqft room would take an average DIY installer approximately 5 hours to complete.

Can I install my NewAge Stone Composite floors on Radiant Heating systems?

Yes, you can install your floors on radiant heating systems as long as the heating element is not in direct contact with the flooring. Are there any additional costs I need to be aware of?

Depending on your space and renovation, you may need to install new baseboards or quarter rounds to complete your space.

Can I polish my floors?

Our exceptional Stone Composite Floors have a protective wear layer that does not require you to polish or wax your floors. Our wear layer keeps your floors protected and only requires to be cleaned using a clean damp mop / cloth or vacuum (without a beater bar). A beater bar is a metal bar that rotates with the brush roll.

Are my NewAge Stone Composite floors under warranty?

What are the dimensions of a Pro 3.0 36" Locker Cabinet?

The casters are not designed to be installed on the locker units. This could also cause a tipping hazard and is not recommended.

Can casters be installed to the base cabinets and still be able to fit underneath the installed work top?

Yes, the Locker shelves are adjustable in 1" increments

Are all the locks the same key?

Yes, you are able to purchase additional shelves through the website

If the cabinets are installed without the feet to the wall (floating cabinet), is the weight capacity the same?

The 36" Locker includes 4 adjustable shelves

Can I install the cabinets on a concrete wall?

The adjustable leg ranges from 3.25 to 4.75 inches and so it has the capability adjust within 1.5 inches when levelling your cabinets

I want to install the cabinets on slat wall. Do you have special brackets for this?

Yes, the locker cabinets do include a removable/adjustable closet hanging rod

What is the warranty on this series of cabinets?

No, we currently do not offer additional closet hanging rods as a separate purchase

What is the steel gauge for the Pro 3.0 Series?

Yes the faucet aerator and be removed to reveal threads that allow a faucet hose adapter to thread in. Then a garden hose can be threaded to the hose adapter.

Can casters be installed on the locker units?

Yes, to ensure drain and sink are free of any leakage we recommend using plumbers putty to seal the drain to the sink.

Are the Locker shelves adjustable?

Any standard faucet that fir inside a 38mm faucet hole will work.

Can I wash my dog in the 42in sink cabinet?

Yes, We recommend dogs small to medium size who can comfortably fit within the 37in x 14in x 9in sink space. The strainer in our drain can catch clumps of fur so that your pipelines remain clear.

Can water lines come throught he back of the sink cabinet?

Yes, the sink cabinet features a cut out in the back panel that allow water intake angle valves into the cabinet.

Can the sink cabinet be secured to the wall?

Yes wall brackets are provided to secure to wall studs.

Does the sink rust?

The sink is made of stainless steel which is rust resistant, but we recommend regular maintenance of sink surfaces.

Is the sink cabinet fully assembled?

The cabinet and sink are fully assembled for the 42in sink. The 28in sink requires sink assembly. All faucets and drain parts require assembly.

What are the inside dimensions of the sink?

37in x 14in x 9in

Is the Sink certified or in compliance with the Plumbing Code?

Yes, the Sink is cUPC certified that is in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing codes of both the US and Canada
